Christmas Celebration In Kids’ Pride School 2019

Kids’ Pride Christmas Celebration 2019

Christmas is the festival which inspires the spirit of sharing and caring.
Soaking in the spirit of Christmas Kids’ Pride celebrated the festival with enthusiasm on December 24, 2019.
The school was beautifully decorated and everybody was dressed in red and white (Santa’s favourite colours). The students sang melodious carols and danced beautifully to wish their teachers and classmates.
The significance of the festival was explained to the students through the Christmas story.
To inculcate the spirit of sharing the students distributed a small Christmas gift to all the didi’s and bhaiya’s of the school. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of all the children.

Christmas brings cheer and love and we celebrated it with the same fervour, spreading the message of love and joy among our children. Our KG angels danced to joyful tunes. Even the Xmas trees and Santa danced to the exciting tunes (Grade 1- 4) followed by Christmas skit (Grade 1 – 6). There was a carol presented by our teachers. Christmas cakes and gifts were distributed to the students.

A play was enacted explaining the importance of the festival which was followed by the rendition of a Christmas song. On watching their own friends in the play, our little ones could relate to it and understand it better. The beautiful assembly became energised when Santa visited the students and had fun with them. These activities taught our little ones the joy of celebrating all the festivals with loved ones.

As part of our international curriculum, students explore and celebrate all major festivals from around the world. It is part of exploring word cultures, being a global village and inculcating tolerance among the young ones.
